Nice ambiance and comfortable seating. Very friendly and honest team who do a great job. The atmosphere is always good. I go to Haris. The great thing about Haris is that I only have to show him a picture from the internet of how I want my hair, and he always gets it just right!! I think the prices are reasonable and very justifiable for the end result. I'm always very satisfied and can only recommend Capelli!

A place of well-being! I've been with Jessy for a year and am completely satisfied. I absolutely don't understand the bad reviews. Great color selection and always a great cut, great service, and a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. Thank you for being there 🫶🏽

From the moment you arrive, you'll receive a warm welcome and immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is relaxed, modern, and pleasant – accompanied by great music that makes the entire visit even more enjoyable. The salon is huge, open-plan, beautifully warm, and impeccably maintained. Even details like a clean restroom are taken care of – something you unfortunately don't always find. Plus, there's complimentary coffee, which isn't just a nice gesture, but also tastes truly excellent. What immediately impresses is the exceptionally high quality of the cutting technique. No matter who you're with, you can tell that they work with skill, experience, and genuine passion. They listen attentively, provide personalized advice, and work with meticulous care. Despite my very high expectations, the result was even exceeded. A real highlight is the head massage during the hair wash – incredibly pleasant and deeply relaxing. You don't feel rushed, but rather truly pampered. What personally impressed me most: My children, who are usually terrified of hairdressers, were completely calm, laughing, and visibly comfortable. This calm and warmth in their interactions with children is anything but a given. The loving and respectful way they treated my child with disabilities deeply touched me and shows just how humane this team truly is. My wife was overwhelmed: her balayage isn't just beautiful—the hair color was custom-mixed, is absolutely unique, and something I've never seen before. She was so happy she almost cried with joy. I myself am more than satisfied with my perm—exactly as I imagined it, if not even better. Another huge plus is the multilingualism of the entire team. Since my wife doesn't yet speak perfect German, she was able to communicate without any problems. I didn't have to translate anything, and she immediately felt understood and welcome. The location is simply perfect: The bus stops right in front of the salon, putting you in the heart of the action

A fantastic and friendly team. I always enjoy going there and leave with amazing results. The color is truly wonderful and lasts a very long time. I feel very well taken care of and always get the result I want. They always listen to my wishes, which I really appreciate.
